The swimming pools were a highlight, especially for the kids with the waterslides. It kept them happy.
I found the food for lunch and dinner to be below par. The quality wasn't great and the taste was often lacking. the parking situation was far from ideal, the underground parking was like a dark and unpleasant tunnel.

the room had a really good layout and the hotel has excellent infrastructure. the swimming pool was large. i could see a nice view from the room. also, i was able to get a complimentary room upgrade to a sea view room.
the cleanliness was lacking and there was a delay in cleaning my room. it was only cleaned on the first and penultimate days of my stay. this was very disappointing.

the breakfast had a very good spread and set up. i saw that the servers kept things very clean. there was free wine and a fruit bowl in my room when i arrived.

the pools catered well for families with kids. the water slides were really super and there were no big queues. the gym outside had good equipment and it was free to park at the hotel.

The room was spacious I had a Superior Double or Twin Room Side Sea View. The kids loved the waterslides the aqua zone is great. The staff members were helpful and friendly.
